Ballet 422

Justin Peck is one of the youngest and most innovative ballet choreographers working today.  He's a soloist dancer with the New York City Ballet, and is only 27 years old, but yet he has already created works for NYCB, SAB, Miami City Ballet, LA Dance Project, PNB, and more.  His work has been warmly received by critics and fellow dancers alike, and just last year, he was appointed Resident Choreographer of New York City Ballet, the second choreographer to ever hold the position.  
The new documentary - Ballet 422 - gives an exclusive view look into Peck's choreographic process and it documents the day to day challenges within his creation of NYCB's 422nd ballet.  
The film has its Los Angeles premiere this Friday at the Nuart Theater in Santa Monica.  I have a half day at work and plan to be there with bells on!  Meet me there?  Check out the trailer below....
